We are very excited to be part of the Brewers of Europe Forum starting today in Antwerp (3-4 June 2019).

After a very successful launch last year, the Forum is back for an ambitious second round, bringing together brewers of all sizes, and celebrating Europe’s passion for tasty, creative and high-quality beer.

Promoting the latest trends and exploring the future of a very dynamic sector, the Forum will also include technical tours and site visits of Antwerp’s vibrant beer scene. The Brewers Forum essentially intends to bring together and strengthen the bonds within the European community of brew masters, brewery owners, sector executives and everyone in between.

The seminars will touch on several topics: from growth and export strategies for breweries to adequate and sustainable packaging, as well as fast-growing trends such as non-alcoholic and low alcoholic beer.

This year’s Brewers Forum is organised simultaneously with the 37th European Brewery Convention Congress (EBC), one of the most important technical brewing events in Europe. From developing globally-used methods for advanced quality control procedures in beer, brewing and its raw materials, the EBC shares knowledge among the best research groups and brewmasters from every corner of the world.

Among other influential speakers, the event will see the participation of Bob Pease, CEO of The Brewers Association (US), Cees ‘t Hart, CEO of Carlsberg Group (Denmark) and Jean-François van Boxmeer, CEO of Heineken (The Netherlands).
