Our monthly sessions will be hosted by our in-house brewing, packaging and sales experts and tap into the technical nous of brewing techniques, operations and the science behind a perfectly served draught product. We will be talking trends, innovations and practical tips to help you scale up and efficiently take your business to new markets.
The first three episodes are featuring brewing and packaging expert Andy Brewer, Lecturer and Director Technical Services North America and coffee addict David Thennes, US Midwest Territory Manager at Petainer. They will introduce you to key principles of kegs and kegging in the beer, cider, wine, coffee and kombucha industries. Tammy Duhaime, our Marketing and South Territory Manager in the US, joins them in the third episode to share her personal experience brewing kombucha.
